Welcome to MNS Builders. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

MNS Builders offers construction, renovation, and general contracting services throughout Southern California. All services are subject to availability, project approval, and a signed agreement.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes are non-binding until confirmed by a signed service agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on materials, labor changes, or site conditions.

3. Payments

Clients are required to submit payments according to the terms outlined in their service agreement. We accept payments via check, Zelle, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time. However, delays due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen conditions may occur. We will communicate all changes promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the project site, maintaining communication, and approving materials or designs in a timely manner. Any changes requested mid-project may affect the timeline or cost.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel their project prior to the start date with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a project is canceled after work has started, the client is responsible for all incurred costs.

7. Warranties

We offer a limited workmanship warranty for 1 year on most construction projects. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used. Warranty coverage excludes damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or acts of nature.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of MNS Builders and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MNS Builders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
